This local-only account prototype collects the entered full name, email address, mobile number, hashed password, account timestamps and verification status in MariaDB.

Verification and recovery links are written only to a private local log and are not sent by email. Do not use real patient records or personal data in testing.

Before production, conduct a privacy and security review, configure transactional email, define retention and deletion, and replace this notice with an approved privacy policy.
